When you purchase a stained glass piece from Lucky Cat Glass Works, rest assured your project will be carefully examined for any issues before it is shipped, carefully wrapped to ensure its safety, and promptly delivered to the appropriate shipping service to ensure the best experience.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Please review the shipping options during checkout for accurate rates. NOTE: Stained glass patterns are digital products and do not physically ship to your destination. They are delivered to your provided email as a downloadable file. It is your responsibility to download and print these items for your use after your purchase.

Processing Time: The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Custom orders, as expected, are made to order and thus vary in processing times given variety in size, availability of materials, and complexity in construction which I will discuss with you before collecting your deposit. US Shipping: Items are shipped USPS ground & priority mail/first class mail depending on weight and size.

International Shipping: While I am able and do ship pieces internationally, the customer is responsible for the increased cost of shipping and any duty/import fees. Please ensure you are aware of any import taxes before ordering. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. Feel free to send me an email before purchasing if you have any questions!
- UPDATED FEBRUARY 2025: At this time international orders for stained glass art will only be accepted on a case by case basis. This is to ensure perfect handling of international taxes and import duties. Thank you for your understanding!

While I do my best to meet these delivery estimates, actual delivery times may vary, especially during peak seasons. Lucky Cat Glass Works is not responsible for delays or lost items due to shipper constraints or unforeseen issues.
